Reaching out is usually the hardest part — harder than the actual session, most of the time. I know that anticipation well, because I've been on the other side of a contact page just like this one, working up the nerve to hit send. So if you're reading this and thinking about reaching out, I want you to know that's already a meaningful step, even if it doesn't feel like one yet.
